Term Insurance Policy Features

Transamerica Life Insurance Company and Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company term life insurance coverage has the following policy features:

Level death benefits - coverage remains level until age 105 as long as the policy is in force.
The policy is guaranteed renewable to age 105 and can never be canceled by the company (except for non-payment of premiums, misstatement or fraud).
Guaranteed level annual premiums for the first 10 years for Trendsetter Super 10, for the first 15 years for Trendsetter Super 15, for the first 20 years for Trendsetter Super 20, for the first 25 years for Trendsetter Super 25 and for the first 30 years for Trendsetter Super 30.**
Association membership not required.
Convertible - the policy may be changed to a level face amount whole life or universal life insurance policy made available at the time of exchange. No underwriting will be required if the exchange is to a permanent policy with the same or lower face amount. Exchange must be made prior to the insured’s 70th birthday (75th birthday for preferred plus class).***
An accelerated death benefit rider is included which advances a portion of the death benefits if the insured has been diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Benefits are payable upon proof of death from any cause, any place in the world, subject to the policy terms (suicide excluded during the first two years).
